Prayer Team

The prayer ministry operates as a group in the City of God, Jesus House, Aberdeen. We function as three different departments working together towards the same goal ad objectives with the following responsibility.

The Prayer Champions:  This team is the “power engine” of the church. By the grace of God, we are intercessors committed to seeking the face of God on behalf of Scotland, Aberdeen and the Church. We have a great commission to use the instrumentality of prayers to move the hand of God according to His will on our behalf and of the Land of our possession.

Vision:  Pray until something happens. Luke 18:1

The Flying Squad:  The Prayer Flying Squad visit different cities and towns in Scotland on the last Saturday of every month to pray and evangelize. The purpose is to water the ground (1Cor 3:6) for revival and facilitate church expansion in preparation for opening of new parishes in every city/town in Scotland.
Our strategies have been to pray at different locations in the various cities and thereafter evangelize, interacting with the people, telling them about the love of Christ and sharing tracts & church magazine.

Hour of Prayer:  Jesus House is Gods House of prayer. The Lord is increasingly helping us with amazing testimonies that are evidence of the fervent prayers of Gods people. The Hour of prayer is an interdenominational gathering of all Christians all over Aberdeen and Scotland to seek the face of God weekly both for the land and their personal lives.
Joining the squad is open to all and we welcome more volunteers to join us as we sow seed for revival in Scotland.

• 11pm Every 3rd Friday of the month – Night Vigil (any changes will be advised)
